Arun Kumar Shaha was born in Kolkata. A science graduate from Scottish Church College, he further graduated in Law from Calcutta University. Arun was drawn into the world of Indian Classical Music and was extremely fortunate to receive training from none other than Pt. Manilal Nag,
In the last six decades or so, he has been regularly performing across the world in the countries like USA, Canada, Germany to name a few.
